"A frontal attack, huh?" Rain said while holding his chin. "It would make sense to try that if they had powerful relics with dragon slaying techniques, but…"

Rain immediately summoned several ice walls around the area and Jori and Reca began to move using them. They were quite fast… even with Rain's trained eyes, he barely could see them without using his buffs. They got stronger as well thanks to the power of Greedy Vow, after all.

Jori and Reca kept moving from one side to the other nonstop and the dragon groaned in annoyance since it couldn't attack them like that.

In the end, the ice dragon summoned several ice spears and made them spin around itself… that was a neat trick and Rain decided to rip it off later, but he had to focus on something else.

Jori and Reca suddenly dashed at the same time toward the dragon, their teamwork was quite good.

The ice dragon fired the ice spears toward, but in the next moment, they used some techniques that Rain hadn't seen before… while spinning their weapons to block the attacks would have some sort of effect, Jori swung down his sword insanely fast and fired some blades of mana through his sword… the projectiles not only pierced the ice spears but eventually hit the face of the dragon.

Reca on the other hand, assumed a more defensive stance, even though that didn't suit her very well… when the ice spears reached her, she attacked the middle of the projectiles with her spear and deflected them to the sides before she finally reached the fact of the dragon.

Ice spikes emerged from the face of the creature to impale her when she was about to attack, but Rain created an ice wall, which Reca used to jump upward and avoid the attacks.

Reca soon returned since her body spun in the air, and then Rain made her stop in the air with an ice wall. All that happened in the blink of an eye, and Reca actually managed to pierce the closed eyelid of the dragon and destroy the dragon's eye.

Reca gripped her spear tightly and gave it a powerful yank. A geyser of blood spewed forth from the wounded eye, drenching the surrounding area with the crimson gore.

Enraged and in agony, the massive creature let out a deafening, ear-piercing roar. Its voice was a tempest of fury, a blast of raw power that reverberated with such intensity that it seemed to materialize into a physical force. The sheer strength of the dragon's shout sent Reca and Jori hurtling backward, unable to withstand the concussive might unleashed by the enraged beast.

Rain created other ice platforms to make his friends stop while Seara raised her guard… that level of fury from the dragons was too dangerous and the beast decided to go all out and used Dragon's Rage… the body of the dragon began to emit a cold that began to form an iceberg on the ocean below itself… she felt that Rain had to help them before things get too dicey.

"Rain…" Sears said.

"Not yet, we all will have to learn how to deal with this much, things won't be easier from now on," Rain said. "I will die before something happens to you all, but that doesn't mean that you all have to die soon after me."
