Chapter 076: Where Is He?

After recharging the dorm's electricity, Ning Chu closely followed Wen Yang as they exited the service center.

Just as they stepped out, Ning Chu spotted a tall, full-figured girl with a cold, aloof demeanor descending the staircase of the building opposite them, holding two books.

His face instantly took on a wary expression as he stared intently at the ice-cold beauty until she left the teaching building, at which point he finally let out a sigh of relief.

She was the only succubus in the class, an ice-cold, taciturn girl, and in the storyline, she had a brief entanglement with Wen Yang.

It seemed that part of the plot had yet to be triggered.

Ning Chu turned to look at Wen Yang, only to see him typing on his phone, engrossed in a chat. He quickly leaned in, craning his neck to peek.

A faint scent of perfume alerted Wen Yang, making him instinctively hide his phone screen and look up, only to see Ning Chu's vigilant expression.

“Who are you chatting with?”

“Uh… someone asked me to play basketball at the gym,” he replied nervously, avoiding eye contact.

Ning Chu narrowed his eyes slightly. “Who?”

“Uh…”

After a brief hesitation, Wen Yang tried to change the subject. “I just want to get some exercise; I’ve got too much energy lately.”

Too much energy?

Ning Chu didn’t quite understand his meaning. “Is it a guy or a girl?”

“A g-girl…”

“I’ll come along. I haven’t visited the gym since the semester started.”

“Alright…”

These troublesome women! And now Wen Yang suddenly seemed desperate to find a girlfriend, unable to resist the invitation of a pretty girl.

Of course, it’s her again! The basketball coach, Shan Shan!

Shan Shan had been waiting on the basketball court for some time. When she spotted Wen Yang entering the gym, her eyes lit up, but upon seeing Ning Chu right behind him, her expression darkened.

She was eager to get up and greet him, but her direct approach this morning seemed to have put Wen Yang off, so she pretended not to see them, focusing on her phone while sneaking glances at the pair.

“It’s her again? I told you, she’s no good,” Ning Chu muttered, frowning as he kept his eyes on Shan Shan. “Aren’t you afraid she’ll scam you? Basketball coaching sessions are expensive.”

Wen Yang blushed, stammering, “You can’t judge by first impressions… She explained it to me—she’s not charging.”

“This morning, she just forgot because she was in a rush, not on purpose.”

Got it. You’re just lusting after her!

Ning Chu kept ranting, dragging Wen Yang along without looking back until they were more than ten meters away from the gym. He finally turned around, his face a mix of anger and expectation as he looked at Wen Yang.

But Wen Yang only looked more confused, scratching his head as he mumbled, “I thought she was pretty nice…”

Ning Chu’s face remained stern. The girls in previous storylines had either been straightforward in trying to seduce him or had used small, cunning tricks, but this time he was up against an experienced, persistent green tea girl!

A major crisis!

Ning Chu was just worried and angry for his sake… But instead of being grateful, he was getting impatient, even dreaming of Ning Chu’s body.

Ning Chu looked up at him, but still didn’t see any sign of dissatisfaction.

Shan Shan gathered her long hair at the back of her head, her movements graceful and delicate. She raised her arms high, straightening her slender waist and showcasing the curve of her back to everyone. She flirtatiously lifted one long leg, slowly tying her hair into a ponytail suitable for exercise.

She brushed the stray strands of hair behind her ears, estimating that Wen Yang should have reached the court by now.

Then she turned around, ready to greet him with a look of delighted surprise…
