Chapter 128 The System's Prediction
Lily was startled as she looked at herself sitting with her legs spread. Thankfully, her dress was long enough that it covered the area that only she was allowed to see.
Blushing slightly, Lily grabbed Lucian's hand and stood up.
After standing up, Lily instantly released her hand from his grasp and folded her arms with a pout on her face.
"Big Brother Lucian lied to Lily!"
Lucian blinked before realizing why she had been sulking.
[System, where is the monkey? Is he in the darkness?] Lucian asked, referring to the Void outside of the plot of land.
[Indeed. I had the Titan Drunken Blood Monkey transported away from where the plot of land was being constructed.] The System explained and continued, [I will have the Titan Drunken Blood Monkey appear at your location. Please give me a moment.]
After hearing the System's explanation, Lucian smiled slightly and said to Lily, "The Titan Drunken Blood Monkey will be here soon."
"Really?" Lily asked skeptically.
"Really," Lucian assured her.

Somewhere in the Void, a small fingernail-length crack began to form. The darkness around the crack began to ripple and distort. Within moments, the crack began widening, and the faint outline of a monstrous figure could be seen. It was impossible to tell what the creature's true form was at first glance, but as the cracks widened, its form became clearer.
It was not long before an eight-foot-tall blood-red muscular monkey standing on his two feet stepped out of the Spatial cracks. His eyes darted around with confusion.
[Follow the connection you have with your Master and remember to be careful when traveling. Don't cause the space to collapse.]
A solemn, mechanical voice sounded in his head.
*Roar*
The Titan Drunken Blood Monkey roared in acknowledgment and closed his eyes. Soon, he felt a faint, but familiar connection in the distance. Using Spatial Steps, he took a step in the direction of the connection and disappeared, reappearing thousands of miles away from where he last stood.
In quick succession, he used Spatial Steps five more times, and soon his eyes could see his Master.
"He's here," Lucian muttered when he felt the Titan Drunken Blood Monkey was near via the connection between them.
"Where is he?" Lily looked left and right, before spotting two faint red lights in the the Void.
From what her Big Brother Lucian told her as they waited for the little monkey, the darkness around the plot of land was actually called the Void. It was a place where Mana did not exist, only creatures called Void Beasts lived in it.
Straining her eyes, Lily attempted to get a better look at the two circular red lights, but her eyes could not pierce through the Void.
"Is that little monkey?" Lily asked, feeling her guess should be correct. According to her Big Brother Lucian, even though the darkness around them was the Void it was only artificial; therefore, Void Beasts did not exist in the Artifiact. If that was the case, what she was looking at had to be the little monkey's eyes.
Instead of affirming her suspicion, Lucian called out, "Come."
Whether the Titan Drunken Blood Monkey understood his words was debatable, but after glancing at him for a while, he slowly approached.
With each of his careful steps to ensure the space does not collapse, his form became more visible, causing Lily's eyes to widen in excitement.
"It's him! Big Brother Lucian! Its little monkey!" Lily jumped up and down excitedly as she pointed at the Titan Drunken Blood Monkey.
Being addressed as such, for a moment, the Titan Drunken Blood Monkey paused his steps before resuming.
Soon, he stood in front of them and curiously gazed at their figures.
Lily rushed forward and hugged one of his legs, "Little monkey. You're finally here. Lily's name is Lily, it's nice to meet you!" Her voice was filled with joy.
The sudden touch and warmth against his legs caused the Titan Drunken Blood Monkey to stiffen. It was an unfamiliar feeling that he was not used to it. He was unsure if he liked it. He looked down at the young woman clinging to his leg, her bright eyes and radiant smile felt familiar, yet he was confident he had never seen her before.
Ever since he had become conscious of his surroundings, he had seen many people and tried to interact with them. But they would all run away in fear when they saw his form. Then, one day, even those small interactions ceased as people stopped entering the building.
"Lily, you should be more careful. What if he had attacked you?" Lucian asked with a frown.
"Big Brother Lucian, little monkey is a good monkey. He would never harm Lily!" Lily turned her head and glanced at her Big Brother Lucian with pouting lips.
She then turned her head back, stroked his fluffy red fur, and spoke affectionately, "See? He's a good boy! Little monkey, don't worry, you will be safe with us! From now on, Lily will play with you and make sure that no one bullies you!"
In response to the gentle stroking of his fur, the Titan Drunken Blood Monkey let out a low growl, almost like a purr, and relaxed slightly. He slowly bent down, getting on his fours, and nudged his head toward the young woman. It was obvious what he wanted, causing Lily to giggle.

"Aren't you a greedy little monkey?" Despite saying that, she gently stroked his red hair, eliciting more purrs in the silent Spatial Farm.
[Wow! Host, with how much Negative Karma you have, it's surprising you have such good luck!] The System said all of a sudden in a surprised tone.
[What do you mean?] Lucian asked skeptically.
[Host, your future children are lucky to have such a gentle and affectionate mother!] The System replied solemnly, causing Lucian to be speechless, yet he had to admit, despite the obvious teasing, the System had a point.
