Chrono Nexus, managing to regain her footing, found Akun looming over her. He wore a smug smile as he taunted, "Oh, goddess of time, you have to be faster than that."

Her eyes widened with disbelief as Akun suddenly struck her abdomen, sending her hurtling through the air once more. Gasping for air, she managed to land on her feet this time, gritting her teeth in irritation. She propelled herself forward with incredible strength, causing a massive crater to form where she had been standing.

Akun, witnessing her swift approach, chuckled and remarked, "That's the spirit." He, too, unleashed his own tremendous force, leaving another massive crater as he propelled himself forward. The stage was set for a showdown of epic proportions.

As they zoomed across the desolate land, their sheer speed created a visible path etched into the earth beneath them. The landscape blurred in their wake, and then, with a resounding clash, they met. Each threw a powerful kick that collided with the other, unleashing a cataclysmic shockwave that rippled across the barren expanse, shaking the very ground beneath them.

It was a titanic clash of god and demigod.

Using her other leg, Chrono Nexus delivered a swift and powerful kick to Akun's abdomen, sending him sliding backward. His foot dug into the earth, leaving a trail in his wake. In response, she propelled herself forward, creating a massive crater within the already scarred landscape.

With lightning speed, she launched a right punch at his face, causing his head to jerk to the left, a bruise forming where her fist made contact. The sheer force of her blow sent a shockwave radiating outward, further marring the ground.

She followed it up with a left punch, causing Akun's face to tilt in the opposite direction. Blood trickled from both corners of his mouth as he faced her, a defiant smile playing on his lips. Suddenly, he lifted his head, swiftly closing the distance, and headbutted Chrono Nexus squarely in the face.

The impact caused her to briefly lose consciousness, and he seized the opportunity to grab her by the hair. With a mighty heave, he flung her back down onto the unforgiving earth.

Time appeared to slow down as the sheer force with which Akun flung her to the earth unleashed a cataclysmic shockwave. The impact created a massive crater that sent shockwaves rippling across the desolate landscape. The ground cracked and shattered, and small fragments of earth were propelled into the air.

Chrono Nexus, still recovering from the brutal toss, coughed up blood as she slowly regained consciousness. The battlefield bore the scars of their ferocious battle, a testament to the overwhelming power they wielded.

Chrono Nexus, fueled by her control over time, accelerated the temporal flow around her body. Swift as a fleeting moment, she rotated her body and executed a rapid sweep with her left leg. Akun's feet were swept off the ground, and he landed ungracefully on his back.

With a sudden burst of speed, Chrono Nexus claimed her position on top of him, poised for an attack. Akun, despite his disadvantageous position, couldn't help but smirk and taunt her, "Already getting on top, are we? Don't you think you're taking things too fast?"

Chrono Nexus, angered by his remarks, yelled, "Disgusting!" As she gritted her teeth and swiftly threw a punch with her left hand, aimed directly at Akun's face. However, much to her astonishment, Akun managed to catch her high-speed punch, leaving her wide-eyed with shock.

The tremendous force behind Chrono Nexus's punch, which Akun had caught, resulted in a small crater forming next to Akun's face.

Akun couldn't help but chuckle as he commented, "Damm, even though things have been unpredictable since I was reborn as an ant, I would have never imagined that a day would come when a goddess would be making moves on me." With sheer strength, he flung Chrono Nexus off his body. Rising to his feet, he brushed the dirt from his body and looked at her.

Landing in the distance, Chrono Nexus regained her footing. Her intense gaze remained locked on Akun as she struck the earth with her right foot, causing rocks to spiral into the air. With a subtle manipulation of time, she slowed their ascent to a halt, leaving them suspended in mid-air.

She then accelerated the time around her body and let out a barrage of punches that shattered the large rocks into smaller pieces.

She stared at Akun, determination in her eyes, and declared, "This ends now."

Akun, observing her actions, chuckled and responded, "Please, what do you plan to do with those rocks? Throw them at me? If that's your grand plan to finish this, then you're making me somewhat disappointed."

Suddenly, Chrono Nexus gently touched one of the rocks with her finger. In an instant, the rock shot forward at nearly the speed of light, aimed directly at Akun's head. Akun swiftly tilted his head to the left, narrowly avoiding the rock, but it grazed his cheek, leaving a shallow cut that oozed a trickle of blood. He quickly refocused his gaze on Chrono Nexus and said, "Oh, I see what you're doing.

You're slowing down the rocks in mid-air to suspend them, then you push them forward slightly. In that moment you accelerate their time, they become covered by your †Authority† and become fast enough to wound me."

Chrono Nexus locked eyes with Akun, her gaze filled with determination and a hint of grudging admiration for his analytical skills. She replied, "Amazing analytical ability, I must admit, but that won't save you now."

With a swift motion, Chrono Nexus accelerated the time of all the rocks hovering in mid-air. They shot forward at incredible speeds, breaking the sound barrier, and were all directed toward Akun.

As the barrage of rocks hurtled toward him, time seemed to slow down. Akun, facing this assault, simply smiled. He spoke confidently, "Since you've decided to bring in your †Authority†, then you won't mind if I bring in mine as well."

Suddenly, Akun's purple eyes began to glow brightly, and a radiant field of purple energy extended from his body.
