Chapter 197 Teaching A Lesson.

Chapter 197 Teaching A Lesson.

These 12 are not all the narco gangs in New London. But they are a sizeable portion of them. They are good enough for him to start with.

In fact, he didn't expect this much. It is clear that Red Dream had done a good job. If he wants more, he can slowly increase the size of his cabal in the future.

While he was thinking of the future, all 12 of them stood up to welcome him. They were saying their greetings, but he wasn't paying attention to what they were saying. Instead he focused on each of them to determine their threat level.

Unfortunately, he didn't see anything special. They were all harmless to him. But this only made him more confused.

He expected to see at least one thing out of place. Seeing nothing doesn't mean that there is no danger. It only means that there is no danger to him currently. There could be something dangerous in the future.

So he remained vigilant. He didn't sit on the seat that had been assigned to him. This seat was at the head of the table, but he ignored it and chose someone at random.

He said to the person, "Stand up. You're sitting in my seat."

The person was clearly reluctant. But she didn't argue. She stood up from her seat for him.

But he didn't like her attitude. So he shifted his hand into a diamond blade and cut off one of her arms.

The arm fell to the ground, and she cried out in pain, "My arm."

He said, "Too slow. You move when I tell you to move. You do so immediately and without delay."

The other leaders had jumped onto their feet in fright and were preparing to fight. Some activated their abilities while others brought out guns.

His eyes flickered as he gauged all of these. But he wasn't concerned. He said calmly to them, "Let this be a warning to all of you. I don't like to waste time. Do whatever you have planned against me as soon as possible. If you're late in executing your plans and I survive it, you will be in a lot of trouble."

The woman he had liberated of an arm had left her seat for him. She was stumbling and crawling away from him in fear. Her subordinates were trying to help her up and stop the bleeding of the stump that her arm had become.

Some of these subordinates were also looking at him as if they would attack at any moment. But they didn't do anything because they hadn't received the order from their bosses.

As for the bosses themselves, the best expression on their faces was a frown. The rest had worse expressions on their faces. It was clear that they didn't like what he did one bit. But they all showed great restraint in that no one attacked him.

The atmosphere had become tense because of what he did and because of his warnings. But he still didn't care that he had hurt their feelings. What he was concerned about was that what he had done was not enough for them to flare up and execute their plans immediately.

He thought to himself, "It is either they have great patience and are waiting for the right time, or they can't activate their plans now even if they want to."

He didn't care about the tense atmosphere. He sat down and activated his Mind Domination ability immediately. All of them, except Red Dream, had their minds marked. Then they felt the worst pain they had ever experienced in their whole lives.

All 11 of them feel down immediately. Some of them rolled their eyes immediately and fainted. None of them could resist the pain.

The actions of the bosses drew the anger of their subordinates. They pointed their weapons at him and opened fire.

He sighed as the wooden chair he was sitting on was shot into sawdust. He thought to himself in pity, "Now I don't even have a place to sit. You have made that poor lady's arm be severed for nothing."

The subordinates were so angry and afraid that they would have laid their hands on him to kill him if not for the fact that there was a storm of bullets around him.

However, their anger turned into more fear when the best they could achieve was to rob him of the chair he fought for. His clothes were also not spared. He looked like he was wearing a rag.

Wrath chuckled and said, "They shot you with all they had, but the best they could do was turn you into a beggar wearing rags."

He did explain himself to these angry goons. He said to Red Dream, Restrain them. Don't kill them."

She nodded and used her ability. Vines sprouted from the ground and extended from her body in a large wave that filled the whole room. She used these vines to grab and bind all the subordinates in the room.

The goons were shouting and cursing at her while their boss lay on the ground screaming and wetting themselves. This continued for a few seconds more.

After a few seconds, the goons had become high from the secretions on Red Dream's vines. This shut them up and freed up her vines to grab the subordinates outside the restaurant that were trying to break in.

While this was going on, he picked another chair and sat down comfortably. Then he waited for the bosses to regain their senses.

He only tortured the bosses for ten seconds. But it took them a minute before they could recover enough to stand up from the ground.

Some of them couldn't even stand up at all. They had fainted and were unconscious. Red Dream had to whip them awake.

When they woke up, they realized that most of their subordinates had been tied up or were currently high. So they were effectively alone with him and Red Dream in the rundown restaurant.
