"Let me guess," Tanxan noticed Rean's silence, "you don't know."

Rean scratched the back of his head, feeling embarrassed. "Well, you can't blame me, right? I haven't thought much about this since I don't really have a Werdlem Stone connected to me, nor does Roan."

"Would I be blocked from cultivating if I go out with this thing?" Tanxan asked back.

"It is... a possibility?" Rean wasn't sure. "Or perhaps not. Who knows?"

"Fine..." Tanxan wasn't very happy. "At least tell me you can remove it later."

"Oh! That much I can guarantee I can do," Rean quickly nodded. "Well, we will tell each other if we find a way out, won't we? Just contact me if you find a way out, and when we meet again, I can take it out of you."

"That's considering it is indeed really possible to contact each other from different Universes, as you mentioned..." Tanxan added.

"I... Sorry." Rean felt helpless.

"I'm not blaming you," Tanxan quickly corrected himself. "If you didn't do this, I would be forced to stay in your Dimensional Realm forever until you and your brother found a way out. I would rather risk having this thing attached to my core for who knows how long than rely on others to that extent."

"Thank you," Rean sighed in relief. "Bring out the CD prototype and connect a new VS Device to the slot. You have a new Divine Werdlem Stone, so you will need to input all your information again. Here, I have more VS Devices available." Rean finished by throwing another box to Tanxan.

Tanxan did as he was asked, testing the connection with his new Divine Werdlem Stone. Sure enough, a new registration was necessary with that new Werdlem Stone. A moment later, Tanxan was once again able to absorb Divine Energy from the surroundings. "It is perfect, and the blueprints will guarantee that I don't need to worry about breaking your prototype. I will try to improve it and pass to you my results late on."

"That will definitely be helpful," Rean smiled in response.

*Zush!*

Suddenly, Foliana and Diliy appeared. Since Rean finished his job, they didn't need to stay away anymore.

"Hum? Who is the slime?" Diliy asked, confused.

Tanxan felt helpless. "I'm not a slime. I'm a member of the Juby Race, okay?"

"Oh! It talks!" Diliy was now surprised instead.

"Are you trying to pick up a fight?" Tanxan didn't know what to do anymore.

Rean quickly intervened. "Ahem! This is a big friend of mine. His name is Tanxan Tanxin, a proud member of the Juby Race and also a very accomplished researcher and formations master."

Tanxan's feelings improved with Rean's words. "That's more like it. Count yourselves lucky Rean was here. Otherwise, I would have dissolved both your bodies to the bones."

His words didn't seem to work very well, though. Foliana couldn't help but get close to Tanxan, grabbing and squeezing the slime. "So cute..."

Rean and Tanxan were speechless. Did the girl hear anything?

"Errr..." Rean tried to correct the situation. "Foliana, Tanxan is not just a member of the Juby Race, he is also a Middle Stage Space-Bending Realm expert. Should you really be treating him like a pet?"

Diliy almost froze in there. He had never seen a Space Bending Realm expert. Could he have offended the sli- the Juby Race guy?

Foliana, however, lifted Tanxan in front of her, smiling heartily. "Not only cute but also strong. Truly a godly combination. Say, don't you want to travel around with me?"

Tanxan wondered if there was something wrong with the Foliana's head. "Little girl, are you doing it on purpose?"

"Doing what on purpose?" Foliana asked, still admiring that beautiful green semi- transparent gelatinous ball. She absolutely loved him.

Tanxan turned to Rean, who shook his head and shrugged helplessly. "I mean... you are kinda cute... I guess? I'm not exactly good at judging cuteness."

"Fuck you!" Tanxan wasn't the least bit happy. He immediately controlled his Divine Energy, getting away from Foliana. "I'm done with all this shit. Rean, if you don't have anything else to say, I will depart now."

"I don't, really. Just be careful about the things we talked about. Make sure to contact me if you find an exit," Rean spoke, with no intention of stopping him.

Tanxan nodded again. However, before he left, he looked back at Foliana, an idea appearing in his mind. "Hum... you said something about traveling around. What do you mean by that?"

Foliana's eyes lit up. "You see, I'm someone who loves history, and I travel everywhere, learning as much as I can. So, I'm about to depart and see the world now that Rean brought me to the Divine Realm."

Tanxan pondered a bit, checking Foliana's cultivation. "Does she have any talent?"

"Definitely," Rean confirmed. Right after, he used his Divine Sense to tell everything about Foliana.

"Red Lightning Hawk Bloodline in a human? I'm impressed such a hybrid really came to exist. That Blood Reformation Pill of yours made things even better..." Tanxan commented. "Very well. Little Girl, I do need an assistant. I will also be traveling around, so you can still see the world. However, you will be under my command, and you have to follow my orders. In exchange, I will help you with your cultivation as much as I can. I don't want to brag, but I'm especially good at making money. In this case, Divine Stones."

Foliana quickly looked at Rean, wanting to see what he had to say.

"Well, I would say this is a great opportunity for you," Rean didn't see a problem there. "Tanxan has a great mind, and I'm certain he can help you in the future. He is also someone I trust completely, so you don't need to worry there. Since he thinks you are worth being his assistant, I think you should take the chance. Not to mention, he will travel everywhere for real, probably leaving this Universe at some point. For someone who loves to learn about other places' history, this is an even better deal for you. Just... try to hold yourself back a little regarding his appearance."

"I accept!" Foliana didn't think twice and tried to hug Tanxan again. She obviously ignored the last part of Rean's words.

Too bad Tanxan used his Divine Energy to keep the girl at bay. "Good, now stay away from

me."
