When Thirteen arrived at the cafe, he headed straight to the VIP Room especially reserved for important customers of the cafe.
There, he found Joshua sharing a table with Clark, Char, and Vincent.
The five of them had all agreed to meet in this location after the tournament was over, so they could properly discuss their next course of action.
"How are you feeling, Joshua?" Thirteen asked before sitting beside the Sage of the Hero Party, who seemed to finally let go of the burden he'd been carrying for the past few days.
"Better," Joshua replied. Thirteen nodded. "Good. So, what are your plans now?"
The teenage boy wanted to know what Joshua planned to do now that he was no longer a part of the Hero Party.
"I'm thinking of accepting Paimon's invitation to train in her domain for a year," Joshua answered. Hearing Joshua's reply, Clark, Char, and Vincent couldn't help but look at him in a new light.
"You're going to the territory of a Majin Princess?" Clark asked. "Are you not afraid of being eaten by them?"
"Will her subordinates really eat me?" Joshua asked Zion. He initially thought that he would be safe since he was only going to Paimon's territory to train.
"They certainly can," Thirteen replied. "Paimon is their leader, but not all Jinns and Majins can resist the temptation of having a delicious Wanderer like you wandering around their territory. So, I advise you not to go there unless you are with me."
Joshua frowned, but since even Zion wasn't confident that Paimon's subordinates wouldn't touch him, he decided to put his decision to go to the Majin Princess' territory to train on hold.
"Then, do you have any recommendations?" Joshua asked.
Since his Plan A seemed dangerous, he decided to go for Plan B.
"For the time being, why don't you become one of the Squad Captains in my Battalion?" Thirteen asked. "I plan to create an elite unit with you as the center. This time, you will become the leader of the group. What do you say?"
"Will I get stronger if I do that?" Joshua inquired.
"Of course," Thirteen answered. "Two years from now, the true invasion of the Cygni Continent will begin. By then, your team will be ready to take on important missions that others will not dare to accept."
Joshua pondered for a bit before nodding in agreement. "Very well. I will do as you say."
Clark and Char exchanged a glance with each other because they also wanted to know if Zion would also assign some missions to them.
Perhaps knowing what the two of them were thinking, the teenage boy took out a map from his Dimensional Storage and spread it on the table.
"Clark, Char, and Vincent, the three of you will also need to do several important, and possibly dangerous missions here in Pangea," Thirteen said with a serious expression on his face. "Know that I will not force you to take on these missions. "If you feel that you're unable to accomplish it, I will assign you other missions that fit your current abilities."
"What do we have to do?" Clark asked.
Thirteen pointed his index finger at a certain location on the map, making the teenagers wonder what he was planning to do.
"The three of you will climb the highest mountains, dive into the deepest sea, go to the scariest places in the world, and visit other locations that only a handful of people dare to go to.
"We are going to recruit members for the Knights of the Apocalypse. However, we won't just randomly recruit people. We will only take the most extraordinary, regardless of whether they are Wanderers or ordinary humans."
Char's eyes widened in shock because she thought that she had heard Zion wrongly.
"You also plan to recruit ordinary people in the Knights of the Apocalypse?" Char asked. "Are you sure about this?"
"Of course, I'm sure," Thirteen replied. "Don't you know? Without Extras, society will collapse. They are the workforce of the world, and without them, even Wanderers will find it hard to live in both worlds."
Clark, one of the smartest people in their group, suddenly realized what Thirteen was aiming for.
"Wait, are you trying to gather those Thrill Seekers? Those who want to climb the highest mountains and those who like to go to places normal people won't dare to go to? Those kinds of people?!"
"Exactly." Thirteen gave Clark a thumbs up. "We need those kinds of people, especially those who have failed to become Wanderers."
Joshua also realized what Thirteen was planning to do and couldn't help but suck in a deep breath.
After spending some time in the Domain of the Apocalypse, he met Metatron.
The young man had a feeling that Metatron was a deity with vast powers that rivaled that of Laplace Demon, and possibly even "The One."
If the idea that suddenly popped up inside his mind was what Zion was thinking, then he had no doubt in his mind that the Knights of the Apocalypse would be a terrifying organization in the future.
"Last but not the least, I want Clark, Char, and Vincent to recommend some people who have potential from the Monarch Clans and the Prestigious Families," Thirteen stated. "I plan to recruit one from each of them. "Of course, you no longer need to introduce other representatives from your families. The three of you already have that spot."
A pin-drop silence descended upon the room as the teenagers looked at Zion Leventis, who had a devilish smile plastered on his face.
"You're not plotting a Civil War, are you?" Char asked. "You're not planning to make us the Patriarchs of our respective families, Right?"
Instead of answering her question, Thirteen only leaned back on his chair and closed his eyes.
He was afraid that if he kept his eyes open, Clark, Char, Vincent, and Joshua would be able to see a side of him that would probably make the four of them wish that they had never come across Zion Leventis in their lifetime.
