"One of Zal's claws and fingers?"

The moment Pamela heard Corey's words, a baffled expression appeared on her face as she gazed at the bleeding Corey.

Corey nodded. "Yes, I want one of its fingers and claws."

"Can I ask why?" Pamela asked curiously but Corey shook his head.

Pamela remained silent for some seconds, and then she waved her right hand.

The moment she waved her hand, the wind became turbulent and then a loud howl resounded across the Raging Sky.

Corey looked to his left, and his eyes widened in surprise when he saw a massive twister coming at them. However, it was not the presence or size of the twister that surprised him, no, it was the sight of what was at the centre of the colossal twister.

'It's bigger than I thought.'

Corey's eyes flashed with a surprised light as he gazed at the colossal size of Zal'Zerael's corpse. Another thing that surprised him was that despite the approaching titanic twister, he was not blown away by the wind.

Through his Eyes of Omniscience, he could see countless runes around him and Pamela that negated the effects of the massive tornado and prevented both of them from getting blown away.

'Well, she would definitely not be blown away, but I will.' Corey lampooned inwardly.

Approximately five seconds later, the titanic corpse of Zal'Zerael was barely a meter from Corey, allowing Corey to feel just how powerful Zal'Zerael was.

'It feels stronger than the Capra King.'

"Take the claw and finger you want, then leave this place… Hopefully, we won't have to fight again after this."

Corey glanced at Pamela for a moment before shifting his gaze back to Zal'Zerael's corpse.

Pamela gazed at Corey with watchful, observant, and curious eyes.

She was immensely curious as to why Corey would request a claw and finger of Zal'Zerael. Although she had many speculations, she had a feeling that none of them were right.

Even when she communicated with the runes, the only thing the runes told her was that it was better for her to accept Corey's request because if she didn't, she would be placed in a serious predicament in the future.

When she heard these from the runes, she was surprised and baffled by their statements, but she trusted the runes regardless.

Meanwhile, there was just a single reason why Corey wanted a claw and finger of Zal'Zerael, and that's because one of Zal'Zerael's fingers was a Nightmare Finger.

From the moment Corey saw the corpse of Zal'Zerael, he knew that it had a Nightmare Finger, and Corey was surprised by this.

Because he did not get a Nightmare Finger from the corpse of the Capra King but from a Temple of the Old Ones, he thought that maybe he could only get a Nightmare Finger from the Temples or some Temples, but he was wrong.

This was another reason why Corey shamelessly requested the corpse of the draconic abomination because he wanted the Nightmare Finger of Zal'Zerael.

Corey released a groan as he got to his feet and approached the colossal corpse. He was like an ant before it, but whether it was just out of sheer coincidence or Pamela's actions, the hands of Zal'Zerael were not far away from him, and because of this, he was able to notice the claw that was actually a Nightmare Finger.

Corey did not try to trick Pamela or be cunning so that Pamela would not notice anything different about the claw since he was tired and Pamela was too smart for trivial tricks to work on her.

Instead, he calmly walked towards the claw despite his slowly healing injuries. He then stood before it with a calm and indifferent gaze.

The claw looked no different from the other claws of Zal'Zerael's, if not for his Nightmare Finger which was subtly trembling while also allowing him to sense the connection between the claw and the Nightmare Finger.

Even with all the abilities and peculiarities Pamela had, she did not notice anything special about the claw. Corey was certain that it was only after she tried experimenting or using the corpse for whatever purpose she had in mind would she realised that the claw was not a normal claw at all.

Corey exhaled slightly, and then he glanced at his right shoulder. When he saw how slow the injury was healing, he glanced at Pamela.

"Care to help. You injured my shoulders and they're not healing fast enough for me."

Pamela raised her brows, and then she chuckled.

"Sure, why not… Which claw should I cut off for you?"

Corey pointed at the thumb of Zal'Zerael's right hand, and Pamela looked at it for a few seconds before waving her hand.

Her Destroyer moved, and then it cut off the right thumb of Zal'Zerael's corpse.

Corey quickly moved out of the way as it fell, but due to its massive size, it shook the earth and caused a massive dust cloud to form.

The moment the dust cloud appeared, Corey moved close to it and touched it. The instant he touched it, the claw vanished into his Tri-Pupil Eyes and he turned to look at the titanic corpse of the draconic abomination with a tinge of greed and desire in his eyes.

His figure was still covered by the massive dust cloud that formed, and he took a step closer to the corpse. But just as he took the step, an emotionless and indifferent voice flowed into his ears from above.

"Are you sure you want to do that?"

Corey looked up, and a wry smile appeared on his lips when he saw Pamela sitting on the corpse of the draconic abomination with her naked legs crossed and a tinge of coldness in her infinity-marked silver eyes.

An extremely soft and brief chuckle escaped his lips. "I'll be taking my leave."

He turned around, wanting to leave, but Pamela's voice resounded in his ears.

"Don't worry. I'll send you off myself."

"Huh?"

Before Corey could react, he felt the space around him warp and in the blink of a tier 6's eye, he vanished.

Pamela exhaled softly the moment Corey disappeared, and she looked at the corpse she sat on with a fascinated glow in her eyes.

She waved her left hand, and from the corpse of Zal'Zareal, a streak of light flashed out of the corpse and it stopped a meter from her face, allowing her to see the lightning infinity crystal for the first time in her life.

The Lightning Infinity Crystal was in the form of a crystal with the shape of a rhombus, and inside this crystal was a lightning bolt that constantly changed colours.

Pamela was mesmerized by the sight of the Lightning Infinity Crystal and she could not help but utter the words, "Amazing."

Meanwhile, far away from the zone of the Raging Sky, Corey appeared in a forest with a stunned expression.

He looked around for a few seconds, and though he was baffled as to where he was when he realized that there was no danger around him, the emotion he had bottled up in the presence of Pamela could no longer be controlled, and he released it.

"NINA!!!! GIVE ME AN EXPLANATION THIS INSTANT!!!!"
