Shut Up, Malevolent Dragon! I Don’t Want to Have Any More Children With You

Vol. 2 Ch. 90

Vol. 2 Ch. 90

Holding hands was just a pretense.

The real intention was the embrace.

Rosvisser looked at Leon’s large hand, and just as she was about to reach out to take it, Leon grabbed her wrist and pulled her straight into his arms.

The queen, already weak and exhausted, staggered and almost fell directly into Leon’s chest.

Caught off guard, Rosvisser was stunned by the sudden embrace, her entire body freezing in his arms.

Leon held her tightly, his arms wrapped firmly around her slender waist, pulling her close as if she might disappear if he let go for even a second.

He didn’t say anything, didn’t do anything, just held his wife, burying his face in her neck, feeling her warmth and the increasingly rapid beat of her heart.

Rosvisser finally realized what was happening.

Her face flushed bright red in an instant.

What… what is going on here?

Oh, Leon Casmodé, now you’re embracing me in broad daylight?

Everyone is watching, including our daughters and maids, and you just hug me like this?

What will you do when no one’s around? I can’t even imagine!

The Silver Dragon Queen’s mind went blank, her brain only capable of processing embarrassment as her body instinctively reacted.

Her tail, without her control, started turning a faint red before curling upward—like an antenna sticking out of her tailbone.

To be honest, even when she had faced the joint attack of two Dragon Kings earlier, Rosvisser hadn’t broken out in such a sweat as she was now in Leon’s embrace.

Nearby, Moon blinked and quietly covered Aurora’s eyes. “Kids shouldn’t be watching this.”

Noa walked over, covering Moon’s eyes. “Kids shouldn’t be watching this.”

Milan sneaked behind the princess and covered Noa’s eyes. “Kids shouldn’t be watching this.”

Apparently, only the maids were allowed to enjoy this show, huh?

Shirley was supporting the injured Anna, the head maid covered in injuries but still committed to the couple she had been shipping.

“What a shame…” Anna lamented.

“What?” Shirley asked.

“I didn’t bring a camera. I would have made a whole photo album out of Her Majesty’s adorable embarrassed expressions.”

Shirley glanced at the still-bleeding wound on Anna’s chest. “Head maid, you’re still bleeding... Maybe you should stop shipping for a moment and focus on stopping the blood?”

“It’s nothing… It’s just a mortal wound. It doesn’t matter as much as seeing my ship sail.”

“… You’ve been ruined by your obsession with shipping,” Shirley sighed.

Meanwhile, Rosvisser remained in her ‘red-hot’ state.

She didn’t respond to Leon’s embrace.

It wasn’t that she didn’t want to—she just didn’t know how.

Plus, Leon had her arms pinned to her sides as he hugged her, so she couldn’t even lift her hands. All she could do was keep her hands balled into little fists at her sides like a penguin.

Her silver tail began to droop slightly, and her tense body gradually relaxed.

“You’re just going to keep hugging me without saying anything?” she asked softly.

“I missed you so much.”

“….”

*Whistle~~~*

Whose kettle is boiling?

Oh~~~ It’s the steam coming from the blushing queen.

“You… You idiot… There are so many people here. Can’t you say something else…?” she stammered.

“Nope.”

“Then let go of me, and we can talk when we get home.”

“I won’t.”

Rosvisser: “?”

“Then what will it take for you to let me go?”

“Say you missed me too, and I’ll let you go.”

“….”

Rosvisser slowly turned her head toward Anna and the others, who were all watching intently, eager to hear her say, “I missed you too,” even more than they wanted to hear her say, “I do.”

If they weren’t so badly injured, they’d probably be making a lot more noise right now.

Rosvisser bit her lip.

It wasn’t that she didn’t want to say it.

It was just that she was **really** embarrassed to say it!

Anna, Shirley, and Milan would cling to this juicy gossip until the end of time!

But knowing Leon, if she didn’t say it, no one was going home tonight.

Alright, fine…

I’ll say it.

What’s there to be afraid of?

I am the Silver Dragon Queen!

“I missed you too—”

“Aaaaah!! She said it! Her Majesty said it! Ow!—Shirley, why did you hit me?”

“Could you wait until Her Majesty finishes speaking before celebrating?”

“Sorry, I got too excited…”

Leon slowly released Rosvisser from his embrace.

The warmth in his arms was from someone whose body temperature had skyrocketed due to embarrassment.

“Daddy~”

With her parents done with their moment, Moon saw her chance to jump into her father’s arms.

Leon turned, bent down, and picked up Moon, and also scooped up Little Light along with her.

“Daddy, I missed you so much. I thought you didn’t want us anymore,” Moon said with a pout.

“Why would you think that, Moon? I’m back now, aren’t I?”

Leon paused for a moment and noticed that Moon had gained a little weight. He asked with a chuckle, “Have you been overeating lately? Hmm?”

“Um…”

“Second Sister ate so many steaks during the first month you disappeared,” Little Light explained innocently.

Leon blinked in surprise. “Why?”

“Because! Because… every time Daddy went away before, if Moon ate steak at Daddy’s memorial, you’d come back,” Moon answered with utmost sincerity.

“….”

Got it.

Steak is the magic Dad-summoning ritual.

Leon chuckled and rubbed Moon’s soft cheek. “Well, you’ll need to start a diet now. Otherwise, I won’t be able to carry you anymore.”

Dieting for the sake of her health, of course.

Moon nodded enthusiastically. “Okay, Daddy!”

Leon smiled, then turned his gaze to Little Light.

The two shared a brief look, and then Leon finally spoke softly,

“Well done, Aurora.”

The pink-haired girl blinked in confusion, her eyes wide. “What did I do? Why is Daddy praising me?”

“It’s not about how much time you have. It’s about how you use it,” Leon said. “You did exactly that, Aurora.”

Before the reversal magic was activated, Future Noa had told Leon that in the original timeline, he had disappeared into the space rift before Aurora could ever gain his approval.

And for twenty years, Aurora had been longing for her father’s praise.

So even though she didn’t yet understand what had happened, Leon was eager to finally give his beloved daughter the recognition she deserved.

Aurora *K.* Melqueves was undoubtedly the MVP of this entire time-bending rescue mission.

“I still don’t get it… but Daddy praised me, so yay!” Little Light cheered.

“And how do you plan to thank Daddy for his praise?” Leon teased, leaning his face toward her.

Normally, most kids would take the hint and offer their father a kiss, which would make him happy.

But Little Light wasn’t most kids.

“Okay, Daddy, get ready!” she said.

*Uppercut!*

Leon had anticipated it but still pretended to be knocked out by Little Light’s punch, playing along to keep her entertained.

Little Light clapped her hands, once again celebrating her victory over her dad.

After handing his two daughters over to Rosvisser, Leon turned to face Noa.

Her little face was covered in dirt, and there was still a bit of blood at the corner of her mouth.

Leon raised his hand, gently wiping away the dust and blood from her face.

Father and daughter exchanged a silent look, their emotions conveyed clearly through their gazes.

Finally, Leon extended his fist toward Noa.

Noa understood immediately and met his fist with her own.

“Was Daddy cool just now?” Leon asked.

“You were amazing, Daddy.”

“You’ll be as cool as me one day.”

Noa chuckled softly, pulling her fist back and stepping forward to hug Leon.

Leaning close to his ear, she whispered, “I’m proud to have a father like you, Daddy.”

Leon gently patted her back, then lifted her up in his arms and turned toward Rosvisser.

“What are we waiting for? Let’s go home and make Moon some steak.”
