This young man who loves chicken burgers is Gongsun Hao, a Dragon City citizen.

As for the Captain he referred to, he’s also a Dragon City resident, named Huo Ziping. He has a dragon pattern sword at his waist, and a small braid. Despite Gongsun Hao’s confidence and faith in his strength, he still dared not act rashly in front of his captain.
