Chapter 512 Earthen Assault!

Chapter 512 Earthen Assault!

William didn't want to make things too complicated and simply combined the Elements used in his Spell and named it along with the purpose. The Spell's entire purpose was to dash forward instantaneously, and it combined Wind, Lightning, Space, and Light Magic.

It was a very reckless move if used wrongly; his current condition a perfect example of that. But if it could be perfected and he could gain at least some level of control over the Spell... his enemies wouldn't even know what hit them!

Stormlight Blink. That's what I'll call it.

New Spell: Stormlight Blink

William was interrupted from his thoughts by the reactivation of his Accelerated Reflexes, tilting to the side just in time to avoid a bulky orange fist. The dungeon brick floor was treated like regular dirt and became a deep fist-shaped depression while shockwaves spread around the surrounding area.

William was too injured to block the shockwaves, but thankfully he had a resistance Talent for that. The Ascended Recovery Talent rapidly healed his body while he dodged consecutive strikes, restoring him to perfect condition in just a few seconds.

My attack destroyed the entire joint in a single hit. This guy is more like the Sunny Pebblets than the Boss on the 15th floor. William observed his opponent carefully.

To be honest, William wanted to simply run past the Sun Stone Golem and go straight to the 20th floor, but if he couldn't even defeat a regular mob on the 19th floor, how could he beat a Boss on the next?

Being in close proximity to the Sun Stone Golem made it much easier to anticipate its attacks, but it was also more difficult to line up the Stormlight Blink Spell. To many adjustments were made in a short period of time, and the Sun Stone Golem was always throwing attacks at him.

If he were to cast the Spell right now, he would simply crash into the Magical Beast's fist. The sheer velocity would probably cripple him.

If William knew anything, it was that he shouldn't allow himself to fall unconscious in the vicinity of dangerous creatures. Even if his Recovery Talent could restore absurd amounts of damage at an insane rate, his Lifespan would suffer for it.

William considered his options and made a plan.

He was at least four floors above anyone else in the Quake Dungeon, possibly even five if no one had discovered the path to the 15th floor Boss room. The chances of anyone detecting him were incredibly small, so William's attention was on the Territory of Earth. Discover stories at empire

-Territory of Earth: An improved Domain, designed to create landmasses or crush your opponents with overwhelming strength. The more Mana channeled into this Territory, the stronger the metals you can create as the base for the landmass.

With how much Mana William had at his disposal, his Territory was bound to be extremely strong. He guessed that he could even create metals that normal Earth Magic couldn't manipulate on its own, but that was something for another time.

William opened his Domain of Earth first, weakening the Sun Stone Golem's Earth Magic by a measly one percent while precisely manipulating the material contained within his Ring of Earthen Storage.

Four hundred thousand earth flowed from the Ring like a tsunami, crashing into the Sun Stone Golem and forcing it to take several steps back. If it was meant as an attack, the Sun Stone Golem wouldn't even be injured due to its Cultivation, but the sheer amount of earth sent towards the creature was a perfect obstacle to prepare William for his next move.

"Territory, open!" William didn't need to say it out loud, but he did so anyways for dramatic effect. This was the first time he was using the Territory of Earth at full strength, since he only tested it a little while in the Mortal Realms.

Not to mention at the time he had been suppressing himself with the Seal Element.

William's pores opened up as his stored Mana leaked from every Mana Point all at once, sending Earth Mana outwards and transforming it into the most powerful tungsten he had made yet!

Its hardness exceeded the usual limits of tungsten and almost became something else entirely, rivaling that of diamond while its tensile strength also ballooned. Four million Mana poured into the Territory of Earth, creating massive walls of improved tungsten that would stop even the most powerful strikes.

The Sun Stone Golem was still submerged in material from the Ring of Earthen Storage, but it managed to reach forward and send a spray of Earth Balls at the newly created Tungsten Walls. The Earth Balls had no problems reaching the massive walls that nearly blocked off the hallway, but their impact had no effect on the hard material.

"Ssppplt!" the Earth Balls sounded like mud splattering against a metal door, falling to pieces and causing no considerable damage. The Sun Stone Golem raised its unibrow in surprise, not expecting the weak Cultivator to possess a defensive Spell that could stop it.

William had been able to do this for a long time, but the difference was in the circumstances, the amount of Mana available to him, and the fact that his two Greater Mana Points could now increase the quality of the tungsten.

If the Territory was used before refining his Mana Circuits, the wall would still be strong, but the Sun Stone Golem's attack would definitely create a few indents. With the sheer number of attacks the Beast could send at once, his tungsten wall wouldn't last for more than a few seconds.

It seemed that his recent improvement was a qualitative one that allowed the Territory of Earth to bridge the gap that would have existed before. William didn't think about it too much and sent more Mana into the Territory, creating long, moldable poles of tungsten that wrapped around the Sun Stone Golem's arms and legs.

The Sun Stone Golem struggled back and forth, snapping the tungsten poles one by one until it had broken free. Despite being suppressed by the Ring of Earthen Storage, it seemed the Sun Stone Golem's physical strength was still too impressive.

If it can break them... I'll just send more! William gathered several hundred tungsten poles simultaneously and sent them at the Sun Stone Golem once more.

This time, only the first few poles were broken before the sheer number overwhelmed the Magical Beast. Its struggling became weaker and weaker until it could no longer make the best use of its strength.

William didn't stop there. He knew the Sun Stone Golem wasn't a pushover, and its Cultivation Realm was well above his own. With another wave of his hand, thin and thick poles wrapped around the Magical Beast from all directions and confined it to its own personal cocoon that could potentially trap it for weeks.

William picked up the Starmetal Longsword and used the Darkness Element to enter the shadows and weave between the tiny gaps in the tungsten cocoon, then approached the Sun Stone Golem's remaining marble joints.

He stabbed each joint several times in precise locations, allowing the Solar Nectar to leak directly into a portal to his Space Ring, his expression calm as if he was simply harvesting from a tree tap.
