Well this novel is good in some way. The story is straightforward because our MC is basically embodiment of author version of Gigachad OP guys. Well as you ald knew from synopsis that our MC is basically old geezer of first emperor who single handlely build his own empire with his power, so you can guess what would happen if such old geezer to restart his life as his descendant.Also don't expect good medieval concept from korean novel cuz its dialog and the world building would somehow feel cringe or clumsy.

Having read the MTL, I find this novel to be quite captivating despite its not so uncommon premise. While the beginning may seem cliché with the main character transmigrating into a weak/ill prince and face slapping others, it is executed well. The novel primarily revolves around a power fantasy, accompanied by intriguing political dynamics and an air of mystery to keep the readers engaged. Plus there's no romance, so my boy can focus on becoming the most op being to ever exist without any pussy distracting him. Have fun reading it

Personally, it got boring. The mc is a dislikable bastard, a lust filled sociopath that will "seduce" the author's favorite characters and collect them like pokemon for his harem...quite literally, since the mc has an inventory that can store living beings - at times, it even feels like the author forgets about people that he kept in the inventory, which is quite funny/sad. The author's story-writing is also not to my liking, he enjoys dropping the metaphorical nuke(or the literal one) just so he can "spice things up" whenever the action in the novel seems to slow down. If you see the mc reaching a powerful level in strength, you should expect some bullshit to happen soon that has no explanation, introducing some sudden crisis that had no business happening. I just felt both exhausted and numb, watching how each world the mc visits just turns to shit really fast ... and the mc? He doesn't care at all, and that's just sad...and pointless. If the mc doesn't care, why should i care? The smut is nice, but even that got tiring as too many different characters led to a bloated harem with a lot of overlapping personalities...in fact almost all those girls just ended up with the same personality - perverts that fell victim to the mc's seduction magic and just beg for his big D. In conclusion, it's a slightly below average read. If you have nothing else to read, you can give this a try and judge for yourself, the first volume is basically the first 200 chapters. Of course, if you enjoy seeing fictional worlds subverted and turned on their head, then maybe you might find this novel above average, or even like it...personally though? I dropped it. Was fun for a while, but then, i felt it was time to stop and move on.
Ah yes The Cursed Gamer, a novel that had potential but ended up in the trashcan thanks to the brainlet author who decided to drop a broken OC into the MHA world (around ch 150-170) just to build fake tension and give some challenge to the mc, slaughtering tons of MHA characters in the process (Oh by the way, Toga gets literally kidnapped, stripped and tortured twice, once by the mc and his maid, once by that OC villain, nice plot bro!)It's as if the author had lost interest but kept writing for whatever reason, sad.
Relying on the comments below is a mistake, this work is quite good to pass the time.

Didnt like it, read till the 9th chapter...The MC feels too OP from the get-go, and there's no solution to it. Also, its one of those 'smart ass' characters whose ego is through the roof, and the author will keep on fanning it to show how ultra alpha mc is. My age for those characters is just over and done with, I'd rather have some weak-ass MC who goes through something and grows into just a better person than these over-the-top picture-perfect characters. Personally, I LOVED The Perfect Run but any other Void Herald's book just hasn't stuck for me, and this one is going to be the same I guess.

It's decent, but has lately leaned heavily into the trope where the MC gets pushed from one thing to another all the time without any chance to breathe or utilise things properly.This happened since the start, but lately its become super noticeable and way too common. On a trip to complete a Sect mission he took, he gets randomly sucked into a space vortex and wakes up in a forest/garden pocket Dimension, then fairly quickly after that is forced out into a dessert and now he's managed to find an oasis. He is constantly surrounded by much stronger people who just force decisions on him.His Sect thinks he is some genius talent that van get stronger through fighting, which is technically true since he gets EXP and stat points he can then assign. They are worried that the imperial family will discover him and either poach him or kill him. But instead of putting him in an environment where he can fight to his hearts content or something, they send him back to a city which has a branch of the Imperial family there. And they send him with a senior who has been and is still being courted by the Prince in that area...then they arrange things so that one of the princesses join him on that journey to complete the Sect mission since that will ensure protectors for them, but they don't bother telling MC to hide his talents. Of course this doesn't matter anyway since they all get sucked into the space vortexs when they've barely started the journey and they didn't have any help from these protectors.He can increase stats both from eating special fruits/meals as well as with stat points, but eating them (as well as taking pills) increases his level of impurity which, if it reaches level 2 he gets a debuff which decreases EXP gain by 10% and we are told that if it gets high enough will cut off his path towards the higher realms entirely. Yet he has a medic by his side who seems to be able to fairly easily force these impurities to be cleansed...yet he doesn't take advantage of that when he can. There are other small things that don't really make sense throughout. Like he gets his system in Safe Mode at the start because of soul damage which he needs to reach level 10 to repair, but upon reaching level 10 and unlocking the full system he is told that the tutorial is unavailable after level 5.He can't use features like an Inventory, Mini-Map etc. Because he needs insight into the relevant Daos (like Space for Inventory) which makes sense, yet he can use Observe and Detailed Observe on most people with no issues. Even weirder is that he manages to get an insight into the Dao of Perception, but because of his lacking cultivation the system removes it and then he almost dies from it.Some of the things are thought out well, like the Inventory requiring insight into the Space Dao, as well as trying to explain why these cultivation MCs are typically so nonchalant about killing people, since he is always stressed and angry about being surrounded by stronger people who force decisions onto him which he can't really refuse without risk of being crushed like a bug etc. But the things above kinda make it a bit too annoying for me I think.If you don't mind these things, then give it a try.
I am incredibly annoyed by the fact that the main character enhances anything but combat characteristics. Strength, endurance, dexterity seem to be forgotten, or the author deliberately stretches to write more useless chapters. luck and spirit can be increased in the later stages, but in order to remain vulnerable, the character does not increase them. and the system is also ramming. Why doesn't he eat fruits that increase stamina. why wasn't he maxed out at every level? . this infuriates me. If nothing changes, I'll leave this shit

Highly recommended. The updating time may be slow, but it's a pleasant mix of the playful troll mentality of the main character of So I'm a Spider so What? with a base building idle rpg game. Honestly quite refreshing to read, and is very addicting. Basically mc dies, and is reborn in a small town as a dungeon. Dungeons are fairly commonish, them being sorta sentient "things" that can be aggressive (tries to kill delvers), be cooperative (like a fun dungeon that doesn't kill delvers, but is generally challenging and rewarding), and toybox (more like a holy land-esque place where the dungeon core creates an environment full of nice things that people can wander in and take stuff as long as they follow the rules). It's kinda weird to describe dungeons, they come in many forms. There is the MC which controls the house and can "place" things like a base building game. There's also one that controls a forest, and one that controls a graveyard. but overall I'm really liking it so far(ch69). The "monsters" of the dungeon (which is a manor) can communicate with the sentient MC, and in turn, the MC is on good terms with the town, so there is not really much "conflict".If you like fun and wholesome base building with interesting characters and different perspectives, you might like this novel. 4.6

Yes. But there is no such thing as "Tor Sites". There are Onion domain sites, but they didn't recommend you go to one. TOR blocks a lot of malware itself. It doesn't allow most of anything to run on it except HTML and CSS so using TOR itself is a great way to stop malware and visit a site securely. It's also anonymous which is why #POPCORN_DEMON# originally recommended it. I never said you should download random things. I agree that if you are on a sketchy website using a virtual machine and some anti-ransomware and anti-malware software running is best practice before downloading anything. But let's not go blaming TOR, a web browser, blindly. That's the kind of stuff that makes people resistant to taking steps to increase their privacy.

Tried to read Divine Dungeon after this recommendation, but the 3rd book was just terrible. I feel bad for non web novel LitRPG readers if this book is considered one of the best mainstream LitRPG books.

Overall a really good read with fun story and well developing characters.Just note that this is a dungeon core novel, by its genre it will have large info dumps, walls of text theory crafting, and little exploration. Don't come into this looking for something exceptionally serious but if you want fun, and can ignore some small issues, give it a shot. I've listened to the audiobook of this series as well, and I can say it kept me going for hours on end. Try viewing this from the angle of enjoying the MC's antics, his roleplay, all of it. It's a hell of a lot of fun that way. You can even make and think up gadgets that Zlo may make, and who knows, maybe you'll have the same crazy ideas as the MC!Characters are well written, and it largely glosses over the real life aspects of the world, giving us just enough information to see how Dylan supports his lifestyle or providing a quick and plausible way to show a timeskip. Most of the time is spent in VR/In-game which I appreciate. World building provides some decent background to how the world works, etc. Progression isn't overly slow but doesn't blaze past so you can keep up without getting bored.Let me know how you find it.

This novel is a good example of a vr novel, very realistic and even though it's only a vr it has real life effect not like other vr novel that money would flow like a hose, this novel would actually gave us a reasonable depiction on how vr games can affect real life
The thing that really hooked me was the side characters, even the first minion Roosevelt, got me to crack up! It felt like a homage to Stay-Puft from Ghostbusters...and the Jaques...the minion interaction was just phenomenal.

What I especially like about this novel is that the author can actually write dialogue. Normally when I read webnovels, the "Sixteen-thousand year old Grand Dragon of the Azure Plains" sounds and talks the same as Joe from accounting or the grandma down the street. In this novel however, you can actually see the differences in speech patterns and accents. There's characters with southern accents, another character has one from New York, the beggar on the street actually talks like a beggar and not like the CEO of a fortune 500. Characters have catchphrases, they have banter with each other; they have so much personality that you can hear the inflections in their voice as they talk.

Read the Mtl Spoiler best novel I've read from the world of entertainment, each chapter has you trapped in the plot and the complexity of the novel is at a higher level, the relationships with the other actor friends and how it impacts the life of the protagonist are super well written. the complexity of how they wrote it is incredible and you feel sympathy for him, a wonderful novel that you spend time reading it .

To be honest, my personal opinion is that Translation is a laborious task whose values are often overlooked.Reading it on mtl for the sake of knowing the story is... never fully worth it. Why?Because I've seen few —yet still some— works that were masterfully translated, thus, giving the novel moods and what-nots that the original chinese novels didn't have. (Ex: Lord of Mysteries, Night Fall, etc.)The opposite is true, too.There are way more novels that were trashed-bashed by poor translators doing poor translations.I don't even know how it works... but reading those make me feel like that what those mass-produced translations were done like: 1) copy-paste the original chinese novel on some online translation tools; 2) quick-read the results and fix here-and-there 3) the whole process took 5 min, and there you go, a chapter is done by the translator.Summary: truly sucks. Truly short-sighted. Why? Because their 5 minutes per chapter might have been worth THEIR time, but it wasn't worth the time of Readers X by the numbers of Readers X by the eternity that this work would stay on the web.Their works are basically Immortalized on the web, and people would only know that those works sucks, and it wouldn't be helpful to the Original authors in any way. Truly producing stuffs for the sake of producing it. The saddest part is: some truly great works would never get re-translated since it would've been judged as Done already.So, my verdict to your question is: it depends on what kind of readers you are. If you're like me, someone who love to fish unfishy Masterworks not created by the Larkinsons, then Yes, you should wait for better translations. This is my favorite shobiz genre novel where the mc gets big on Hollywood. There is no face slapping and there are a lot of nice romantic moments as well as sad moments. (RIP) I have read until 856 on the MTL version and my only problem with the MTL is that it's sometimes confusing to see what movie is what and what actor is who. I hope that others will enjoy how I have enjoyed this novel and how I have cried in some parts. It also shows the part of the industry that we don't really see. Also, this is not an mc with a system novel, what the mc was able to accomplish is because of his skill and his knowledge of the future. ENJOY

The author begins to wildly unbalance the world towards his character, as the hero grows too quickly, the author simply throws one large herring and one giant shark behind it. This is exciting for some, but isn’t this just regular auto-leveling? Why not turn the hero's luck to negative so that he has a moment of urgency in everything? Thus, soon the hero will only play with heavyweights, and people will become nothing more than ants under his feet, who will not do anything to him even with Über-guns. But they have explored space enough to already understand that there are creatures with brains no worse than human ones, and even superior to them.There are still a lot of chapters ahead, but the essence comes down to this: by 100-150, people can no longer provide much to the hero if they are not genetically pumped up and then basically serve only as meat. Is the author going to introduce a new, pumped-up race with uber genes and cunning? Or will he continue to feed only on people until the end, never getting out of a certain number of worlds?

Simply put, this is a decent until the author decided to shift gears into a romance plot. The writing is alright, nothing special. For up to around chapter 80 I enjoyed the story it took. A previous review has stated it succinctly, "the mental torment the MC suffered is amazingly done". I see some complaints for a few dozen chapters were taken in a back and forth for reconciliation between Violet and her second brother. If it were an outsider, I would despise it as well, but I am one who thinks fondly of family relations and therefore to me it is adequately put. As I've stated, it is only when romance elements was introduced that my entertainment falters. To me, it seems forced. Thoroughly so. For I could not imagine romance be good to Violet at that point of time. However that is of personal opinion, and I think there exists those who will instead increase investment into the story due to the aforementioned loathed romance

Nothing much to say as there is nothing much to read.The chapters feel like the summary of the plot. It feels much more compressed as compared to movie adaptation of any standalone classic novels.The females are too bored and somehow all of them are connected to the mc who was supposed to be a small time villain.
Novel was foot until ch 50 after that the MC's nature completely changed which was one of the most interesting part so pretty disappointing.

Honest review is that in terms of writting quality, it's pretty average on here. Story has multiple potential love rivals but its pretty clear it's gonna be a harem. The MC Seth character-wise isn't bad and neither is the antagonist which is just annpying due to his constant presence in the story. Okay power system but would not recommend this story if you're looking for like a powerful story with deep characters and amazing worldbuilding. This is a good story to pass the time while you wait for other novels to come out as long as you don't think too deeply about it.

I love how everyone is bashing the mc for being idiotic and being emotionally all over the place. He is transported to a place he has never been emidiatly witnessing a cults activities which aren't anything pleasant and then being forced to fight for his right to live. Anyone in a situation even similar to that would be the same. If you give the book a chance he starts to come to terms with what is happening in the second "book" and his character develops alot emotionally. I'd give the first "book" a 3/5 good world and writing quality but leaves character development needed. This problem becomes better in the second "book", so "book" 2 would get a 4/5 for me. Trying to give a good enough explanation without giving any spoilers.

Very nice fanfic. Author used his otaku mind to fill the gap that until now Naruto fans are left hanging. Fanfic but it really will madesense. SpoilerExample Ive always felt that Sarutobi Hiruzen is a very bad hokage when I was younger because of how Naruto was brought up. Higher ups know his parents contribution but why did he live a complete miserable life as a kid. He lived in poverty and malnutrition and rejection (understandable). I never liked the hokage when I realized that. This novel will give you another side of him, a fanfic reason of his actions and how he rise to power. I like the lowkeyness of MC but has the means to act in the dark. Its just that he's getting involved too much that would completely change the Naruto story before Naruto even gets born. Sadly that it doesnt have enough chaps. And mtl is unreadable

If somebody is searching for a dark or at least unfeeling mc this is not for you. Also there are some big plot holes in my opinion. A very fun read. Too many times I had to hold back laughter. The MC is smart and it is very entertaining to find out how he will solve the impossible tasks. The character intersctions are interesting and the MC is not afraid to change the plot.
It's pretty good. The biggest problem is it's Naruto, but Chinese. Chinese Young Masters, Chinese idioms, Chinese crap everywhere. Hell, they even use Taels as the currency! Talk of cultivation (which isnt inherently Chinese, but it basically is), Medicinal herbs and baths (again, not 'technically' Chinese exclusively, but it basically is). I love Chinese fantasy, but i dont like when Chinese cliches are shoved into other cultures stories (Imagine MCU but all the characters act like Chinese fantasy).Overall, it has it's funny moments. Just wish it would stop forcing other animes and stuff into a Naruto story.
