He was alive before the void universe was created. In fact, when he was one with his siblings, he was alive before the Lord of Madness became the Supreme of the Cosmos. So he has had a lot of time to accumulate energy. What's more, his rate of energy accumulation is far more than world gods. He doesn't have a Supreme law. He has a spark of power, which he uses to convert all sorts of energy into chaos spark. The process is slow, but it can be done anywhere and with anything, such as the corpse of works gods. But he is not using the corpse of world gods just to refine energy. He can use void energy for that. No, what he is doing is using the corpse of the world gods to do is reinforce and enlarge the passage between him and the void universe. That passage is God's Domain and also Monarch High Heaven. This is especially important since God's Domain was seriously damaged recently. He needs a lot of resources to rebuild it and upgrade it. He has achieved that and more. With the passage between him and the void universe reinforced, he will be able to bring more of his power into the void universe, and the rate at which Monarch High Heaven absorbs the Cosmic source will be faster.

It is evident that his plan is working based on the fact that he has grown at least ten times stronger than before the fight started. This is not something he can achieve with just energy. So he is using this fight as a way to convert his energy into an increase in the progress of absorbing the Cosmic source and power. This was why he allowed the world gods to trace God's Domain through the pillars that origin gods use to connect to it. He could have cut off that connection, but he allowed them to find him so that they would be tempted to fight him. Currently, he can only use as much power as Monarch High Heaven can withstand. That power is double the power of Monarch High Heaven's world, so it is 2 x ((12 Aspects x (5 World Engine + 5 World Seed)) x 21 God's Domain).

It is a power of 5,040, which, while being stronger than most world gods, is not even the full power of what Monarch High Heaven alone is capable of.

If Monarch High Heaven could use his own world with his Supreme law, his power would be (12 x (12 Aspects x (5 World Engine + 5 World Seed)) x 21). This power is 30,240.

So it is clear that Monarch High Heaven is stronger than the power he can produce in the void universe.

Unfortunately, the two of them are not on good terms, so not only can't the god of power use Monarch High Heaven's power, he can't use his own power, which is greater than that of Monarch High Heaven.

The only thing the god of power can do to raise his power quickly is to increase the power of God's Domain. Thanks to the system and his spark of power, this is easy to do. Fortunately, God's Domain was also created from a full and complete realm tree, so the difficulty is further lowered. But even with this handicap, the god of power still has 10 billion authority of the void universe at his disposal. If each of them grants a 0.1% boost, 10 billion grants a 1 billion % boost to himself or a 10 million times increase to his strength. So his power is 50,400,000,000. Once Monarch High Heaven finishes fusing with the Cosmic Source, the channel for his power will increase, and he will become much stronger. Unfortunately, the power he will gain won't be enough to fight the void universe because his authority of the void universe will lose its effect once he clashes head-on with the void universe.

It is why he had to devise a scheme to subdue a Cosmic source and couldn't use his overwhelming power to subdue it. It is because the Cosmic source canceled out the boost from the authority of the void universe, and without it, he is too weak to contend with a Cosmic source. He can only use the Authority of the Void Universe to bully other world gods. Even if he could use the power granted by the void universe to fight the void universe, 50.4 billion power is not nearly enough to rival the void universe. So he has to find a kind of power that doesn't rely on the void universe before the end of the void universe. Fortunately, he already has a plan for that. -----

While Legion was roaming the void universe like a predator and eating Supreme Origin gods and world gods while the god of power was speeding up the rate at which he absorbed the cosmic source, Legion-0 was also busy trying to recruit world gods to Legion. The first clone of Legion-0 found a world god and is currently speaking with them. The world god didn't believe what she said.

Legion-0 explained patiently, "The artifact is a first of its kind built by a world forge that wants to compete with the void universe and the corridor of worlds. The more world gods join the artifact, the stronger the individual world gods will be."
