The first sage was reminiscing about the nice future he will have soon when he felt his Supreme Law and the world fragment it was in leave the prison it had been in for tens of thousands of years.

It was as if his hand had become unfrozen. He felt the freedom of the world fragment he had given Soverick immediately, and he smiled. He said with a rare tone of anticipation, "It seems it is time."

He took one last look at the god of power and the world gods throwing themselves at him. He sneered at them one last time. Then he left the battlefield and flew towards his world fragment.

He said as he flew there, "I remember when I gave Soverick that world fragment. Who would have thought that such a day would come?"

Then he laughed. The dark side of the void universe was solid matter. It was like metal, but he was swimming in this metal. The intense pressure couldn't crush him. He treated it like swimming in water. When he arrived at the location of his Supreme Law, he found Ghastorix there. He said, "Looks like the party has started."

Ghastorix didn't come here to take CARNAGE from him. In fact, Ghastorix didn't know what was going on. He was just roaming the void universe when he felt an itch on himself. He felt that someone was looking for him. He couldn't see the person looking for him since they hadn't found him yet. But apparently, they had found part of his Supreme law and were using it as a connection to find him.

He was contemplating if he should run or attack the person when he finally gained sight of the person looking for him. He didn't recognize the person at all, but he could tell it was a Supreme Origin god. This made him angry, so he rushed towards the Supreme Origin God to teach them a lesson.

But then something smashed into him. It was a world ender that smashed against him.

The world ender was pulling a structure made of two rings behind it. One of the rings was white while the other was black. The black ring contained a world fragment while the white ring contained the world ender. A small hole had leaked in the structure of the white ring. The world ender was coming out through this hole.

It just so turned out that a small piece of Ghastorix's Supreme law was in front of this hole. The world ender had latched onto it and traced it back to its source.

This was how Ghastorix met CARNAGE. His anger turned into fear when he recognized what he had encountered.

Unfortunately, they were too close, and he couldn't escape. In fact, CARNAGE had already made contact with him, so there was no way out.

They had to fight. So roared and roused all of his power to fight.

He doesn't think he has a chance of winning, though. He was just a weak world god who used subpar materials to become a world god. He doesn't think he is a match for the world ender. Even if he was supremely powerful, a fight with a world ender will either end in his defeat or he will fight with it forever. After all, the best he can gain from a world ender is a draw. He was in despair and shock as he asked himself, "How did I encounter a world ender?"

But then he noticed something weird. He noticed that the world ender was not as dangerous as he thought. He realized that he could actually fight off the world ender. The world ender just looked imposing. It lacked substance. "What kind of world ender is this? Is this world ender strange, or is this how every world ender is? Has the fear of world enders been exaggerated?"

He was fighting this world ender when the first sage arrived. He became afraid since the first sage is much stronger than him and he is currently in a compromised situation.

But then the first sage said, "Let me help you."

It appeared that the first sage hadn't come to take advantage of him. So he relaxed. He even offered his thanks to the first sage. But then Ghastorix felt that there were a lot of things amiss. The encounter with a world ender alone was weird, but then the world ender wasn't as dangerous as it should be, and a world god appeared to offer help to him.

Not only was the world god offering to help him without asking, the world god was offering to help him fight a world ender. That's something he wouldn't believe from about anyone, much less the ruthless first sage.

Any world god that encounters a world ender should run for their lives, not offer help. There had to be something he didn't know going on.

But he couldn't refuse help to defeat a world ender. There just wasn't a reason to do so. So the two of them worked together to capture the world ender. The first sage happened to have an apocalypse weapon that seemed particularly capable of sealing a world ender.

The appearance of such a weapon was another thing that Ghastorix didn't think was possible. It made him more sure that there was something out of place with this whole thing. But he didn't voice his concerns. He held down the world ender and prevented it from escaping while the first sage sealed it by stabbing the Apocalypse weapon into it.

The world ender was sucked into the Apocalypse weapon until it disappeared. This didn't solve Ghastorix's problem completely, as the world ender had made contact with him, but the bulk of its power had been sealed. All he needs to do is purge the rest of the world ender still attached to him. As long as the world ender is not unsealed, he would be safe. But his problem will resume if the world ender is unsealed.
